This is your chance to experience it too! In addition to Deep Breathing, cold training and relaxing in the sauna, we will climb Mt. SNiezka aka Snow White walking in our shorts!
The Sniezka is 1603 meters high and is located on the natural border between the Czech Republic and Poland in the 'Giant Mountains', a beautiful nature reserve.
Through different breathing techniques, body awareness and focus, humans are capable of much more than you expect. And you will experience this in the beautiful surroundings in Poland.
We will stay in the town of Przsieka, Poland, about a 9-hour drive from Amsterdam. We are staying in Wim hof's house, where the cradle of breathwork and cold training in Western Europe is located, a unique and fantastic place.
The guidance will consist of the experienced BaseQamp instructors and Andre Hof; the man who has spent decades gaining knowledge about the power of breathing, focus and cold.
