In this three-hour ceremony, we will pay attention to regaining our energy, with conscious moments of connection we move with our true nature, move with spirit, in a safe setting, where we can touch our deeper layers and the old of can shake us off.

The plant medicine cacao, also called grandmother cacao, will guide us deep within, helping us open hearts to connect with our true soul.

The sound of the Shaman drum, which is also associated with the sound of mother earth, will allow you to experience the body's coming home again with its primal sounds.

In the connected breathing we feel even more deeply, allow, receive and let go of what no longer serves us. With every conscious breath, let spirit flow through you, so that you create awareness of every cell in your body.We heal ourselves from within and allow this to come to the surface.

We will honor and connect with the visible and invisible world around us, allowing our bodies, minds, hearts, and souls to truly unite and transcend our time and space, accessing deep healing within our bodies.
